Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Matches the "30-day returns" already promised in your footer.)

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number, and we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale items, worn or washed items, and items without original tags are not eligible for return unless faulty. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve this quickly.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
